Bitter's Brewery
Our journey began in 2015 as two brothers and a close friend rooted in our hometown. While we loved our community, we knew our dream wouldn't be complete without brewing our own beer. In 2022, we started crafting local small-batch brews with genuine care. From crisp IPAs to nutty ales and rich stouts, every pint is made with passion. ONE LONG DAY 6.85% ABV The ideal end to another 12-hour grind, this East Coast- style IPA is made with all of you hard workers in mind.
STRONG ARM 5.6% ABV Our flagship amber is as timetested and beloved as its namesake -- thanks Jim!
BROADWAY BLONDE 5.2% ABV The lightest beer on our house-brewed spectrum, the Broadway Blonde is crisp, refreshing and darn tasty.
GREEN BONES 5.3% ABV A traditional Irish Stout with hints of chocolate & coffee, Green Bones is the first brew we ever created. Shouts out to

REAL.HOME.TOWN. 6% ABV Fresh, juicy and hazy; this East Coast IPA commemorates our neighboring mural of the same name. Painted by local legend/artist Michael Burpoe, Real. Home. Town. depicts storied scenes from the rich history of Saranac Lake.
KODIAK 6.2% ABV This cherrywood smoked brown ale is velvety smooth, slightly smokey and surprisingly light. Kodiak is a beer drinker’s beer.
CRESCENT BAY 6.4% ABV The first–and possibly favorite–IPA brewed at Bitters & Bones, Crescent Bay is a traditional West Coaster with a light bite of hop.
SWEET AFTERLIFE* seasonal 5.9% ABV The great Tribes of the Adirondacks told of a path to the afterlife lined with wild strawberries...This light, wheat-style draft with a hint of all natural strawberry, is a nod to those who hunted and trapped
the ADK in simpler times. And no, it’s not “fruity.”
AMERICAN PIE* seasonal 6.25% ABV A perfect blend of traditional porter flavor with hints of fresh apple and cinnamon. Stifler approved.
